Kirkland Associates Privacy Statement

At Kirkland Associates we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will ensure that all information you give us, remains private and that it is only used for providing you with work-finding services.

All personal data is stored within our secure computer network. We regularly review the information we hold and will not keep your personal data for any longer than a period of two years since our last contact with you.

If you register on our website, apply for one of our vacancies or upload your CV onto one of our partner job boards, you are consenting to your details being held on our recruitment database. 

To provide you with the best possible service in finding you your next role, we need to process certain information about you. We only ask for information that is necessary and relevant. Sometimes and where appropriate and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect information related to your health, diversity information or details of criminal convictions.

It is important that we keep the data we hold about you accurate and up to date. Therefore, we ask that you inform us of any changes in your personal information. This could include: change of name, address, employment status or vacancy of roles required.
