With 12 years Recruitment experience, Natalie has proven her ability to recruit across a broad range of sectors including Administration, Finance, Legal, HR, Call and Contact Centre, Sales and Marketing. She has worked with a variety of clients across the Midlands and prides herself on building strong and longstanding relationships with both clients and candidates.

Natalie is an experienced Account Manager and is responsible for some of Kirkland Associates’ key accounts, recruiting for both temporary and permanent roles. These are demanding and challenging clients and Natalie strives to achieve excellence at all stages of the process.
