Our award winning client are currently recruiting for a part time Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team in Walton on Thames on a permanent basis. Our client have exciting plans for growth in the future following the success they have experienced in recent years. They put their customers at the centre of what they do and commit to offering a 1st class service to all their customers.
Monday - Friday 10am-2pm (20 hours per week)
Customer Service Advisor – The Role
- To deal with customers enquiries through a range of channels including telephone, email, letter and webchat.
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a first line resolution is achieved.
- Provide accurate information to customers.
- Record accurate details on to the required system.
- Collate customer satisfaction information via surveys
Customer Service Advisor – The Candidate
- Extremely customer focused
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Ability to empathise with customers
- Strong IT skills
