An exciting opportunity has become available for someone to join our clients operations team. They are a very proffesional firm with a fantastic reputation in the legal industry.


The role:

This role is all about service excellence, whether it is serving refreshments for client meetings or answering the telephones.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to do everything superbly well and where nothing is too much trouble. 

We are advertising for both a part time and full time opportunity within the team.  

The part time working hours are Tuesdays to Fridays 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm working 16 hours in total per week.  

The full time opportunity working hours are on a shift basis covering 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, working 37 hours in total per week.  

Flexibility will be required for both roles according to business needs.

Your key duties will be:

  • organising meeting rooms, including the set up and clearance of busy meeting rooms for internal and external meetings/events
  • preparing meeting room refreshments, including ordering and serving lunches
  • ensuring that cutlery and tableware is promptly replenished, including loading and unloading the commercial dishwasher
  • managing stock, to include monitoring and ordering of catering supplies
  • ad hoc receptionist duties as directed including meeting and greeting clients, organising room bookings for client meetings, and professionally and efficiently route client calls for the firm in accordance with client requirements

Key competencies you will need:

  • a professional presentation
  • excellent communication, organisational and client service skills
  • to be proactive and enthusiastic to provide good service to clients
  • most important of all is a passion to deliver a truly excellent service every time
  • some previous experience of telephony work will be advantageous.
