We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a firm in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious firm going through a period of growth.
HR Administrator- The Role:
- Keeping the HR system up to date with information
- Completing all relevant payroll administration
- Salary review, probation and performance management paperwork
- Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness
- Liaising with managers as necessary
- Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes
- Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence
- Attend probation review meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox
- Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
- Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines
- Supporting the director with the recruitment process
HR Administrator- The Candidate:
- Have experience in a similar role
- Or CIPD qualified/related degree
- Previous experience in professional services would be desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
