Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a firm in Spalding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious firm going through a period of growth.

HR Administrator- The Role:

  • Keeping the HR system up to date with information
  • Completing all relevant payroll administration
  • Salary review, probation and performance management paperwork
  • Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness
  • Liaising with managers as necessary
  • Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes
  • Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence
  • Attend probation review meetings
  • Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox
  • Maintain staff confidentiality at all times
  • Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines
  • Supporting the director with the recruitment process

HR Administrator- The Candidate:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Or CIPD qualified/related degree
  • Previous experience in professional services would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work under pressure
