Job Description

Our client is a well-established business in Nottingham who are looking for an Internal Sales Advisor to join them on a full-time permanent basis. You will be working in a busy and friendly team environment; the ideal candidate will have previous experience taking inbound calls from customers. The successful candidate will get the chance to join a successful business who can offer a range of benefits.

This is a full-time permanent role with a salary on offer of £20-22k

Internal Sales- The Role:

  • Handle sales enquiries across multiple channels such as phone, emails and webchat
  • Upsell and cross sell any additional products which you see appropriate
  • Process all orders in a timely manner
  • Keep CRM system up to date
  • Resolves any customer issues
  • Maximise sales opportunities by contacting lapsed customers
  • Complete relative administrative work for refunds
  • Provide admin support to all staff efficiently and accurately
  • Provide an outstanding level of customer service

Internal Sales- The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based role
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident dealing with customers over the phone
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proactive approach to work
