Our client is a prestigious law firm based in Nottingham. They have a great opportunity for a legal Secretary to join their diverse team in the Corporate department.

Legal Secretary- The Role:

  • Typing, drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing the diaries of Fee Earners and booking in appointments
  • Drafting bills
  • Assisting with account enquiries
  • Opening, closing and maintaining files
  • Booking and arranging travel and accommodations
  • General administrative tasks such as: filing, faxing, photocopying and printing
  • Updating and maintaining the databases
  • Processing expenses claims
  • Processing electronic payments

Legal Secretary- The Candidate:

  • Experience within the corporate environment desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Can work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible, pro-active approach to work
  • Able to work as part of a team and use own initiative
