We have taken on a rare and exciting opportunity to work for a brilliant Nottingham based company. Our client are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their friendly and supportive team. They are looking for an experienced all-rounded Digital Marketer who has a flair for ideas.

Digital Marketing Executive - The Role:

  • Plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy with the Head of Marketing and Communication.
  • Web content management: optimising new content, leading on web fixes with our appointed agency, and ensuring information is up-to-date
  • Social media management: oversee and manage day to day scheduling and engagement within all the company's social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Analytics: measuring ROI and KPIs set by the Head of Marketing and Communication, using various online tools to report back on marketing activity success, in line with objectives.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Stay up to date with latest technology and best practices, being the lead go-to person for all things digital

Digital Marketing Executive - The Candidate:

  • At least two years’ experience in a digital marketing role, whether agency or in-house
  • Experience of implementing and coordinating digital marketing strategies, specifically within owned media
  • Search engine optimisation experience – on-site content, technical SEO, local SEO, auditing
  • Paid advertising experience – including Google Ads, remarketing and paid social
  • Analytics experience – including Google Analytics, social insights and Google Tag Manager
  • Social media experience – channel management, content creation, community engagement
  • A positive mental attitude, with initiative and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
  • A ‘team player’ mentality, with the ability to work as a team
  • Clear and collaborative communication skills, with excellent copywriting ability
  • Conversion rate optimisation (CRO) (desirable) – UX, A/B testing
  • Content design (desirable) – including tools such as Canva and iMovie.
