Are you passionate about providing an excellent service to your customers?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional to join a leading client of ours in Nottingham City Centre as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be passionate about helping customers and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

The main aim of your role will be to answer inbound calls from customers and provide advice on what products are best for them and to process the customers order. You will also be able to solve customer queries in a quick and efficient manner, all whilst providing an outstanding level of customer service.

Customer Service Advisor- The Candidate:

  • Previous phone-based Customer Service experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • IT literate to include Microsoft Office
  • Technical knowledge would be advantageous

There is a salary on offer of up to £20,850, this is a full time role Monday to Friday office hours
