We have and exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a successful company that supply to major retailers. The client is looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and flexible all-rounder.  This role would suit someone who has experience within Supply Chain and Logistics

Customer Service Administrator – The Vacancy

  • First point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Responsible for receiving orders (On-hires) and requests for collections/ off hires
  • Liaise with colleagues regarding amendments to customer orders, input and categorise any agreed changes on the ERP system.
  • Planning transport for deliveries and collections
  • Dealing with damages, calculating costs, liaising with customers regarding damages and ensuring payment is received
  • To proactively work jointly with all departments and colleagues across the range of functions to ensure we deliver the highest level of customer service on a consistent basis
  • Maintain an effective and positive relationship with customers and other depots/ departments

Customer Service Administrator – The Candidate:

  • Experience within a Customer Service role is essential along with excellent communication skills
  • A passion for delivering an excellent level of service and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • You must be well organised and able to juggle multiple priorities at any one time
  • The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and proactive and a strong team player
  • Experience within in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry would be an advantage
