Kirkland Associates are currently working with a well-established business based in Nottingham who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employer who provide an excellent service to their customers; therefore it is essential that you enjoy giving an outstanding level of service to customers.

Customer Service Administrator- The Role:

  • Answering inbound calls and dealing with customer queries
  • Providing support to field agents in regards to queries orders and stock discrepancies
  • Process customer orders
  • Build relationships with different customer accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Making sure spreadsheets are kept up to date with specific order requirements and customer requests.
  • General administrative duties

Customer Service Administrator- The Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a customer service/administration position
  • IT literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Be able to manage your own workload
  •  High attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills

There is a salary on offer of £20-22k for this position
