An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive full-time Residential Conveyancing Secretary.
You will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated and enjoy working in a challenging, busy and professional environment.
You will be supporting one of our fee earners, producing documents relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgage and transfer of equity. You will also be managing the fee earner’s diary and dealing with client enquiries.
Your duties will include:
·Assisting other members of the department as required
·Dealing with clients
As an experienced legal secretary, you will have worked within a conveyancing department previously, and will have the ability to provide high quality support in this area. You will be organised and have exceptional audio typing skills, excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel and Outlook). You will also have file management skills with attention to detail and be a confident communicator with excellent client care skills.
The successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will preferably have a minimum of 2 years previous experience of assisting a residential property fee earner or team and a good understanding of the full conveyancing process.
