Job Description

Kirkland Associates are currently working with a market leading client based in central Nottingham who are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation which is currently going through a period of growth.

Repairs Administrator- The Role:

  • Be the first point of contact for any maintenance issues
  • Organising callouts from inhouse engineers or external contractors
  • Obtain quotes from existing contractors and find new suppliers when needed
  • Ensure all required gas and electricity services are carried out
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Processing invoices for jobs
  • Ensure documentation is stored correctly

Repairs Administrator- The Candidate:

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate to include Microsoft Office
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work as part of a team

There is a salary on offer of £23-25k, office hours Monday-Friday
