Job Description

Our client are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team. You will support other members of the team with administrative duties, whilst managing your own workload, to ensure team objectives are met on a day to day basis.

37 hours per week

17,000 - 19,000 per annum, dependant on experience

Administrator – The Role:

  • Data entry and maintenance of records
  • Creating and maintaining MS Excel spreadsheets
  • Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
  • Mailbox management
  • Completing and auditing paperwork
  • Answering enquiries by telephone
  • Writing and dispatching correspondence
  • Photocopying, archiving and scanning documents

Administrator – The Candidate:

  • Strong administration skills and office-based experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • IT literate, competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Good telephone manner
  • A positive, can-do attitude
