Job Description

Our client is a multi award winning company who are leaders within their field. They are looking for an Administrator to support their team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is organised with a helpful nature. Candidates will ideally have some sort of office experience.

Administrator - The Role:

  • Ensure CRM system is up to date and accurate at all times
  • Taking responsibility for customer queries via phone and email and resolving in a timely manner
  • Organising engineer visits to customers
  • Creating monthly reports
  • Create risk assessments
  • Supporting members of the team with administrative duties

Administrator – The Candidate:

  • Previous office experience
  • Good communications skills, written and verbal
  • IT literate, particularly Excel.
  • Great attention to detail and highly accurate
  • Methodical
  • Able and willing to learn technical knowledge about the company
  • Good customer service skills
