Our client is a multi award winning company who are leaders within their field. They are looking for an Administrator to support their team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is organised with a helpful nature. Candidates will ideally have some sort of office experience.
Administrator - The Role:
- Ensure CRM system is up to date and accurate at all times
- Taking responsibility for customer queries via phone and email and resolving in a timely manner
- Organising engineer visits to customers
- Creating monthly reports
- Create risk assessments
- Supporting members of the team with administrative duties
Administrator – The Candidate:
- Previous office experience
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- IT literate, particularly Excel.
- Great attention to detail and highly accurate
- Able and willing to learn technical knowledge about the company
- Good customer service skills
