Job Description

Kirkland Associates are looking to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join our clients thriving Property department, based out of their busy Northampton office. 

They offer a full range of legal services to meet the needs of both private and business clients. A high quality, professional yet friendly service and highly effective advice, tailored to their client’s individual needs.

You will have a MINIMUM of 12 months experience working as a Paralegal in a busy property department. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills, have a keen interest and understanding of commercial property law and a willingness to go the extra mile.

The role -

  • providing paralegal and administrative support
  • handling queries and enquiries efficiently
  • providing technical support to the team
  • maintaining good file management
  • working to strict deadlines
  • participating in group and team meetings in a positive and proactive manner

Key skills and experience you will have:

  • a minimum of 12 months’ practical experience within a property department
  • strong communication skills
  • strong IT skills

  • to be tidy, well organised and motivated
  • to be able to self-manage and take ownership of problems
  • the ability to work well in a team and develop good working relationships with colleagues and others
