Our legal client have a fantastic opportunity for a customer service professional to join a busy who deal with all the initial enquiries of the firm.  This is an exciting time to join this organisation who boast a strong client database and are going through a period of expansion. 

 

Client Services Advisor – The Role

 

  • First point of contact for all new enquiries to the firm
  • Build relationships with clients and establish legal needs
  • Provide an excellent level of service at all times
  • Liaise with departments to arrange appointments and further
  • Send out quotations to client enquiries
  • Follow up with clients to ensure that they have all the information they require and to try and maximise as many sale opportunities as possible

 

Customer Services Advisor – The Candidate

 

  • Have a strong customer service background with a professional and polite telephone manner
  • Must be well organised and be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Show empathy and be able to grasp clients issues and establish needs
  • Excellent IT skills.  Fast and accurate typing skills is essential for this role, you will be expected to keep detailed notes on new enquiries
