Job Description

Kirkland Associates are currently working with a fantastic client in Loughborough who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them, due to a period of expansion. This is a full time permanent role joining our clients Sales team. Ideally you will have a mix of Outbound Sales and Administrative experience.

Sales Administrator- The Role:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Solving customer queries and providing an efficient solution
  • Liaise with colleagues to make sure the sales department runs effectively
  • Build a relationship with customers to ensure a sale
  • Contacting lapsed accounts to try and secure new business
  • Liaising with customers about their orders
  • General administrative work to ensure the smooth running of the department

Sales Administrator- The Candidate

  • Previous experience of Outbound Sales and Administration
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work as a team and individually
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
