My client are a well-established and reputable Law firm based in Loughborough. They are seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Secretary to join their team on a full-time, permanent bases.
As the first point of contact for clients and other visitors, you will provide a friendly, professional and welcoming Reception service for the branch. Other duties will include:
· Answering the telephone, dealing with general enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate person.
· Audio typing
· Completing ad hoc. departmental administrative tasks.
Receptionist/Secretary – The Candidate:
· We are looking for a professional and friendly candidate with pervious experience in a similar role.
· You will have quick and efficient audio typing skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills and an excellent telephone manner are crucial.
· Good general administration and IT capabilities will be necessary.
