Kirkland Associates have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic client of hours based in Loughborough who are currently going through a period of growth.
This is a part time role, hours are negotiable, there will be a basic salary of £18,000 pro rata.
Sales Administrator- The Role:
- Liaising with customers about their orders
- Processing orders and communicate with internal departments
- Dealing with customer queries and resolving accordingly
- General administrative tasks
- Keeping customer information updated on the CRM system
- Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Sales Administrator- The Candidate:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- IT Literate
- Proactive approach to work
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work as a team and individually
