My client are looking for a full-time Administrator to join their busy team on a temp - perm basis.
Duties will include:
- Goods receipting and goods Issuing of delivered weights
- Administering and validation of information/data
- Resolve invoice queries for customers/suppliers
- Raising sundry debits and credits.
- New material set ups
- Down payments
- Other office duties inc Filing, postage, car hire etc
- Holiday and sickness cover for other members of the team
- Rent checking /analysis
- KPI reporting
- Ad.hoc. support to the wider team.
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a busy role and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will have good IT skills and be an effective multi-tasker.
Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential.
