Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide effective secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Partner to enable them to operate at optimum efficiency. You will be joining a highly regarded legal practice who have an excellent client base.

Legal Secretary – The Role

  • Opening, closing and archiving client files,
  • Audio- and copy-typing, proof reading and updating dictated
  • Legal document production
  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with other general administrative duties


Legal Secretary - The Candidate

  • Previous Legal Secretary experience within Private Client
  • The successful candidate must have excellent audio typing skills,
  • Be efficient and well organised
  • Confident in dealing with clients and third parties,
  • Have the ability to work to deadlines and manage a busy workload
