My client, based in Leicester, are one of the UKs top energy services companies, providing energy solutions to over 40,000 businesses.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking New Business Sales Advisors to join their successful team on a full-time, permanent basis.
New Business Sales – The role:
As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new customers via outbound calls and completing a full fact find about the customers current energy plans. You will establish authorities on behalf of the customer to work with their current supplier to ensure that our proposals are accurate and relevant to the customers needs.
New Business Sales – The Candidate:
·You will have worked in a fast- paced call Centre environment
·Effective communication, listening and influencing skills
·Proven sales ability, including objection handling and ability to close
·Self-motivated, able to remain positive and focused when under pressure
·Personal resilience, desire to succeed
·Target driven, for example sales, quality and productivity
·Lots of initiative and able to problem solve
