Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive based in Leicester, this is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for delivering first class Customer Service and helping people. Candidates from retail and hospitality backgrounds will also be considered.

This is a Temp to Perm role with a high chance of becoming permanent.

Full time hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm

Customer Service Executive- The Role:

  • Deal with a range of Customer queries
  • Give accurate information to Customers- meeting agreed performance standards
  • Liaise with external/internal contacts and contractors to give a first time resolution to Customers 
  • Collect customer satisfaction information using surveys
  • Complete timely and accurate data records on required systems
  • Act as a mentor to more junior members and help with training
  • Recognize vulnerable or extenuating circumstances in customers- updating systems and circulating information to the correct department
  • Write responses to customers in an eloquent manner
  • Undertake work hours in line with customer demand
  • Ensure all procedures, policies and legislations are adhered to constantly
  • Help with other duties required by the business
  • Comply to Health and Safety policies to ensure own and others safety

Customer Service Executive- The Candidate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Good telephone manner
  • Always puts the Customer first
  • Able to work on their own and in a team
  • Can empathise with a range of people
  • Ability to solve problems and use their initiative
  • IT literate especially Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience in Customer service
