Our client have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service professional, to join their team as a Planning Administrator.
This is not an ordinary customer service role!
Working closely with your customers and colleagues, you will ensure that all aspects of contracts are managed correctly and that excellent customer service is delivered at all times. You will be a key point of contact for all elements of service delivery, ensuring that productivity, planning and compliance are all kept in-line with business expectations.
Customer Service Administrator - The role:
·Sales order/Purchase order entry
·Effectively use the company database to keep information up to date
·Dealing with a range of customer queries, including complaints
·Managing supply & demand of products
·Liaising with distribution to arrange collections and co-ordinate deliveries with end users.
·Filing, Credit Notes and other admin duties as required
·Supply Contract management
·Attending sales meetings and events when required
Customer Service Administrator– The Candidate:
·Strong background in customer service, used to dealing with varied enquiries, including complaints.
·Confident interpersonal skills and able to liaise with people at all levels and build positive relationships.
·Ability to manage a heavy workload and be used to planning effectively.
·Used to working to and meeting tight deadlines in a pressurised environment.
