Our client are an award winning and rapidly growing company based in Loughborough.
Due to continued expansion, they are seeking Automotive Advisors to join their team on a permanent basis.
Automotive Service Advisor - The Role
·Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will deliver excellent customer service on the telephone and via email.
·Daily liaising with van and car main dealers, recovery organisations, tyre distributors, other repairers and in-house mobile technicians.
·Identifying and resolving problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
·Resolving complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
·Ensuring that all customer information is kept relevant and up to date on the company system.
Automotive Service Advisor – The Candidate
·We are looking for a candidate with previous office based experience in a customer focused role.
·A technical background or experience within the automotive industry would be beneficial, but full training will be given.
·Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills are essential.
·Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new systems.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-6pm.
