Job Description

Kirkland Associates are currently working with a prestigious client based in Leamington Spa. Our client is a well-established law firm, who are looking for a Conveyancer to join their friendly Conveyancing team.

Permanent role. 
£40,000 - £50,000
 
Conveyancer- The Role:
· Manage Conveyancing case files from start to finish
· Handle a large number of cases
· Accurately maintain all relevant Conveyancing documentation
· Provide Conveyancing support and advice to clients
· Comply with all lender policies and requirements with regards to mortgages
· Check mortgage offers and report to clients
· Check titles and hold client meetings
 
Conveyancer- The Candidate:
· Previous experience within Conveyancing
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proactive approach to work
· Works well as part of the team
· Able to build relationships with clients and third parties
· IT literate
