Kirkland Associates are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in central Leicester, our client are a well established business and are looking for a Lead Generation Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis.There is a basic salary of £28-30k on offer + £5k guarenteed bonus + uncapped commission, there is also a range of benefits and incentives on offer.
Telesales Executive – The Role:
As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating new customers via outbound calls and completing a full fact find about the customers current energy plans. Our client is looking for a driven individual with at leats 2 years outbound b2b experience.
Telesales Executive – The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is desirable
- 2+ years B2B experience
- Results and target driven
- Professional and effective communication skills
- Proven sales ability
- Objection handling skills
- Resilient with the desire to succeed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
