Job Description

My client are a thriving National business who are market leaders in their field. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will work from home 1 day per week and 4 days in the office.
 
Supply Chain Coordinator – The Role:
  • Working closely with customers and internal colleagues, you will ensure that the customer supply chain is managed effectively and inline with all SLAs.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure product supply meets customer demand
  • Acting as a single point of contact for customers, you will take ownership for all aspects of service delivery, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • You will be responsible for all supporting administration including compliance and ensuring customer account details are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain contracts with up-to-date information, minimising the need for credit/debit notes and invoice cancellations.
  • Coordinate with distribution sites and hauliers to arrange collections and deliveries.
 
Supply Chain Coordinator – The Candidate:
  • This is a busy and demanding role that requires an individual who is used to working in a fast paced environment and multi-tasking effectively.
  • You will have strong administration and IT skills with experience of SAP.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships, both internally and externally is essential.
  • Be the central point of communication/escalation for your customer
