Job Description

We have a really exciting opportunity to join our Nottingham based client as a Customer Service Team Leader. This is a fantastic time to join them as they are going through a period of growth. Our client can offer full training and a modern and supportive work environment. We are looking for an experienced and passionate customer service professional who is keen to develop their career within a successful and expanding business.

£35,000 - £40,000

The Role:

  • Coach, support and mentor a small customer service team
  • Deal with customer stock enquiries and provide alternate recommendations where needed
  • Work alongside the customer service team and be first point of contact for customers
  • Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times 
  • Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service 
  • Handle customer complaints and manage the returns process
  • Ensure all customer cases are resolved within the desired timeframe
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers to resolve issues and build relationships 
  • Deal with onboarding, absences and training.
  
The Candidate: 


  • 5+ years in an office based customer service role
  • Passionate about customer service
  • Keen to progress
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to work 1 Sunday a month (you will have Friday off on this week)
