Job Description
This is a varied role, offering a mixture of office and road based work. We are looking for someone who thrives off communicating with clients face to face and can represent our client at events as well as supporting the sales team in the office with providing excellent customer service.
This position offers a valuable opportunity to learn about customer interactions, and product knowledge. As well as long term progression and development opportunities. This would be a perfect role for someone interested in health, fitness or wellness, perhaps wanting to move into a client facing role. Please note, you must be able to drive and have access to your own car.
You will be based in the office 3 days a week and attending wellness events in and around London for 2 days a week. You will be supporting the sales team in networking and converting potential sales. Whilst in the office you will be processing orders, providing quotes and providing excellent customer service to key accounts. Using a variety of platforms including Whatsapp Business and emails, you will respond to customers in a timely manner ensuring they are happy with their orders.
On the Road…
We need someone who is passionate about wellness, health and fitness to help promote our clients leading products. You will be attending a variety of wellness events and roadshows and help demonstrate and promote of clients’ products. You will take customer details and hand any leads over to the sales team, ensuring prospective customers have a well rounded overview of the company and products.. You will have excellent communication skills and thrive off speaking to new people, our client works with large well known companies and needs someone to help represent the company. You must be willing to travel 2 times a week, and stay overnight on rare occasions.

- You must have an interest in health and fitness/ wellness/ leisure
- Experience in a client facing role
- Sales Admin/ Sales rep experience would be advantageous
- You must be organised and be able to juggle a busy work load
- You must be driven and keen to progress!
- You must have excellent people skills and be able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Driving license and car (desirable)
