Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an experienced customer service individual to join our clients based in Loughborough. This is a full time, permanant role based in the office. 

Salary: £25,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30

Customer Service Advisor - The Role 
  • Liaise via email and telephone with customers, clients and third parties 
  • Liaise with garages to arrange repairs and MOTs 
  • Schedule appointments 
  • Provide excellent customer service 
  • Answer incoming calls promptly 
  • Communicate clearly with other departments to resolve issues in a timely manner 
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate 
  • Professional telephone manner 
  • Experinece in a similar position
  • Customer service experience 
  • Excellent IT skills 
  • Organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
