Job Description
We are looking for an experieneced Receptionist/ Front of House individual to join our client based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a great opportunity to join a leading law firm who can offer long term security.
You will have experience in a similar position in the professional services industry and have a professional and friendly demeanor.
Salary: £24-27k
Monday-Friday 9-5:30

The Role:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Screen and forward calls to relevant departments
- Organising, creating and managing meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Filing
- Arrange travel bookings and accomodation
- Assist with telephone conference call set up
- Assist with building maintenance - e.g air conditioning, office keys allocation and liasing with relevant contractors.
- Experinece in a receptionist/ front of house role in a professional services environment.
- Experinece in a law firm would be desireable
- Friendly and professional approach
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent comminication skills
