Receptionist / Front of House Administrator

Job Description

Our Leicester based client are looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. It is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for their customers and clients both face to face and over the phone. Progression is available and encouraged! Please note you must drive and have access to your own transport.
 
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15 to 17:30.

Salary: £24,000-£25,000
 
Receptionist – The Role:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing a reception area that is welcoming, comfortable and smartly presented.
  • Answering all telephone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Developing good client relationships and recognising any selling opportunities.
  • Delivering work of a high standard within agreed timescales.
  • Managing and setting up meeting rooms.
  • General administration where required.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the building.
  • Oversee support staff for maintenance and cleaning.
 
Receptionist – The Candidate:
  • Professional, approachable and friendly manner with a smart appearance.  
  • Sales experinece would be beneficial 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing workloads.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Organised approach to work.
  • You must drive and have access to your own car 
This may suit someone who has worked in manager/ supervisor role in a retail environment, estate agency, recruitment or reception.
