Job Description
My client are a thriving business based in Central Leicester.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Project Manager - The Role:
Working at ERP Superuser level, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing team log on all system data fixes, scoping and reporting requirements
Updating senior management as needed on issue resolution and progress
Ensuring progress maintained across all projects and team
Updating system process map and keeping this up to date with all changes.
Testing using UAT checklists.
Ensuring all users are confident in the system.
Evidence of project management in a fashion supplier side systems role – IDEAL
Problem solving with users for training gaps.
Creation of tools, systems, and processes for all users to be efficient.
Mapping all scenarios that require testing based on issues and creating a testing plan for the team for the relevant options.
Scoping system changes and delegating these to systems team.
Work with finance team and finance system on scoping, problem solving and investigation.
Liaise with wider business on system and reporting requirements.
Project Manager - The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a Business Management Degree or similar as well as:
Experience Understanding or working with system developers
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM applications creating flows, Power platform fundamentals (desirable).
Be numerate with excellent attention to detail
Have advanced Excel skills
Experience working on system implementation, data migration/ data analysis/ system redesign / system design or project management. Desirable.
Office 365 competence – essential
Excellent communication skills
Ability to cope under pressure
