Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join our client who are leaders in their field. You will be dealing with ocean imports and must have experience in Customs. Please note you must have experience within Sea freight / Ocean freight.
£30,000-£33,000
Hybrid working following succesful completion of probation period.

The Role:
- Covering mainly Ocean imports but also air and road.
- Providing excellent customer service to customers over the phone and via email
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Processing import and export bookings
- Booking in collections and deliveries
- Oversee customs documentation and regulations
- You must have experience in customs
- Experinece in Ocean Imports/Exports
- You must have experience submitting your own declarations
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to juggle a busy workload
