Job Description
Our client, based close to the Calverton area, are looking for an Internal Sales person to join their team due to expansion. You will primarily manage and maximise existing accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. However, they would like someone who will be proactive in looking at opportunities for new business too.
Permanent role

£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.

Internal Sales – The Role:
- Being the first point of contact for existing customers, dealing with their enquiries and keeping them up to date.
- Developing and pro-actively building relationships with new and existing customers, to ensure you are meeting their needs and developing future opportunities.
- Providing quotes and processing orders from new and existing accounts.
- Attending and supporting in client meetings
- Updating the internal system database and using the data effectively to deliver the service expectations of the clients.
- Experience in a similar role, a construction background is advantageous.
- The ability to build long lasting relationships and work in partnership with customers.
- Customer-centric mindset, actively addressing customer needs and enhancing experiences.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate with strong Microsoft skills
- You will be an effective problem solver with excellent prioritising and time management skills.
