Job Description

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely submission.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to create realistic budgets and forecasts. 
• Financial Modelling & Decision Support: Develop financial models to support strategic business decisions, including pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage the preparation of financial statements

• Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, financial analysis and reporting, and budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
