    Kirkland Associates are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person with a track record for managing multi-functional projects. Along with having strong organisational skills the ideal candidate can work well under their own initiative and introduce new ways of working.

    NPI Project Manager - The role

    Successful execution and delivery of New Product Introduction (NPI)
    • Ensure all NPI project tasks are accomplished
    • Provide regular project updates
    • Have full understanding of the customer requirements
    • Ensure customer products are delivered on time
    • Manage all unforeseen events and identify risks
    • Maintain a smooth flow of the production lines
    • Maintaining accurate production plans within the company's ERP system
    NPI Project Manager - The candidate
    • Educated to a degree level in a relevant subject (Business, NPI, Engineering)
    • Project Management Qualification (Desirable)
    • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies
    • Demonstrate strong organisational skills
