Job Description
Kirkland Associates are working with a well-established company within the construction industry. They are seeking a CAD Design Engineer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis near Mansfield.
Monday to Friday
Circa £30,000 depending on experience
Continual training and development
Opportunity to gain qualifications after service
CAD Design Engineer - The Role:
Our client is looking for someone who has a positive attitude to work, is quick-thinking, able to take initiative, and can communicate effectively. You will also have the following skills/experience:

CAD Design Engineer - The Role:
- Use CAD and 3D modelling to create drawings/designs
- Produce bill of materials and analyse costs
- Design and develop products
- Review and improve products regularly
- Some project management: discussing customers' needs, attending customer sites when needed
- Ad-hoc duties required by the department
Our client is looking for someone who has a positive attitude to work, is quick-thinking, able to take initiative, and can communicate effectively. You will also have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience in CAD and Solid Works.
- An engineering qualification would be an advantage but not essential
- Strong IT skills
