Scheduler - The Role:
- Liaising with customers via email and telephone in a timely manner
- Resolving queries and complaints, providing excellent customer service
- Scheduling appointments
- Administration duties
- Managing the inbox
- Working closely with other departments to resolve enquiries
- Professional telephone manner
- Experience in an office based role
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
