Job Description

Our fantastic client have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team in Nottingham. You will handle customer queries, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, as well as providing effective administrative support to different departments. Our client is happy to consider candidates from hospitality and retail environments as well as candidates with office experience already. 

Permanent role
£24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
Monday to Friday

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints over telephone and via email.
  • Processing orders as well as administration of returns, refunds or exchanges.
  • Communicating with other departments within the company for a prompt resolution of customer queries.
  • Updating systems and databases and producing reports as required.
  • Working as part of a close knit team ensuring jobs are done to an exceptional standard.
Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Computer literate.
  • Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Able to work as a team.
