Job Description

Our fantastic client, based in Nottingham, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. They are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service who will help strengthen and enhance their current team. This is a great opportunity for a graduate or someone in hospitality or retail looking to get in to an office based role. 

Permanent role
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Hybrid working (1 day at home)
£22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
  • Communicating with their clients, providing them with personalised interactions tailored to their needs;
  • Ensuring their clients have an effortless experience;
  • Managing inbound calls and emails from their clients;
  • Handling and resolving any complaints;
  • Ensuring records are kept up to date;
  • Dealing with payments and following up any queries;
  • Being the voice of our clients within the business, to ensure we continue to improve the client experience;
 Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate:
  • Great communication skills and the ability to interact with their clients.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and database software.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Highly accurate with attention to detail.
  • Positive mental attitude coupled with a desire to serve customers.
  • Ability to prioritise, decide and deliver, an enquiring mind complemented by a real desire to help customers.
  • Free thinking, creative and innovative and keen to foster a culture of team spirit and fun.
