We have a great opportunity for a Business Development Caller to join our fantastic client on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working in a modern office environment and joining a really friendly team. Our client are leaders in their industry and can offer excellent long term job security.Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (office based).
£26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
Business Development Caller - The Role:
- Liaising with customers over the phone and via email.
- Booking in appointments for the Sales team, coordinator diaries to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer records on the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative duties.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent telephone manner and able to build rapport with customers.
- A team player.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task.
