Job Description

Our client, based in Spalding, are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team. 

Salary dependent on experience.
Full time, permanent role. 

Compliance Administrator - The Role:
  • Scrutinise the electronic & other identification checks against individuals and organisations in line with Company’s anti-money laundering requirements as set out from time to time
  • Detect and report any instances of possible non-compliance where appropriate and to liaise with the fee earners, clients and others to deliver a quality service.
  • Maintaining the Compliance Inbox
  • Ensure appropriate ID documents are saved and documented correctly
  • Conducting company checks and requesting additional documentation as required
  • Advising wider company on ID requirements as appropriate
Compliance Administrator - The Candidate:
  • Be flexible as a member of the wider support team and assist with work as required, co-operating with peers and others, ensuring a co-operative team environment
  • Provide support across the firm in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and clients’ information
  • Be willing to undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development
