Job Description
Our fantastic client, based close to Castle Donington, are seeking a Technical Sales Administrator to join their small and friendly team, due to expansion. They are leaders in their field and extremely well established in their market. You’ll be reporting to the Office Manager, undertaking a variety of duties to support their team.4 day working week (Monday to Thursday)
24 – 25k depending on experience
Excellent holiday entitlement
Technical Sales Administrator – The Role:
- Handling queries from customers via telephone and email
- Providing quotes and estimates
- Producing sales orders and invoices
- Building relationships with their customer base
- Visiting customers on occasion
- Administrative duties to support the team
- A degree in Chemistry or some experience in the sector is beneficial but not essential
- IT literate
- Driving licence
- Good telephone manner and excellent customer service
- Able to build relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
