Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our Leicester based client who are seeking an International Key Account Manager to join their team, supporting the business operation in Dubai (role is UK based).

Reporting into the Head of Sales and Marketing, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maximise sales and profitability for international markets through managing and developing existing and new key customer and distributor relationships.
  • Develop, execute and drive strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, whilst maintaining appropriate margin.
  • Devise and execute trade terms to incentivize growth and ensure investments are linked to sales and profit growth.
  • Ensure trade sales strategy is aligned with wider sales, brand and product strategy.
  • Keep the business fully informed of competitor activity and general market information and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure we are best placed to adapt to any changing international behaviours.
  • Measure and analyse sales performance and highlight opportunities to drive action plans.
  • Be a clear and regular point of communication between our customers and the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
  • Oversee the smooth passage of orders to Dubai, from the early stages of raising purchase orders, through to delivery.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will have significant Account Management experience  with line management. 
Knowledge of the education sector would be beneficial.
You will have a proven track record of working towards targets and contributing to business growth. 
A good understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the ADT sector is important. 
Exceptional relationship building and customer service skills are essential.
