Job Description
My client who are a prestigious law firm, have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join their busy Employment team in Leicester. This friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Employment team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way.£27,000
Legal Secretary Key Duties will include:
- Transcribing and proof reading letters, emails and other correspondence
- Scanning, paginating and photocopying
- File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
- Providing general administration support to the team
- Previous Legal Secretarial experience is desirable but we are also able to consider candidates with a general Secretarial background.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A good eye for detail
- Good organisation and time management abilities
- Excellent team player
- Great typing skills
