£16 - £17.50 per hour with overtime available
Embark on an exciting journey as a Plater/Fabricator with our clients expanding team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in sheet metal fabrication and contribute to the continued growth and expansion of our client's operations.
- Hands-on fabrication work, cutting, shaping, and assembling steel plate components- Building parts and assemblies to engineering drawings with meticulous precision- Ensuring quality is maintained to the highest standards through visual inspections

Requirements:

- Proficient in fabrication, with a strong understanding of sheet metal work
- Experienced in operating a variety of fabrication machines, such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, shears, and flame cutters
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate execution of the work
- Commitment to quality control and inspection processes to maintain high-quality fabrication
- Competent in using both hand and power tools to complete the required tasks
- Proven track record in sheet metal fabrication, with a good understanding of the industry
- Experience in interpreting and working from engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficient in the use of various fabrication equipment and tools
